Magadh is a stage adaptation of Shrikant Verma's poetry collection with the same title. Play doesn't talk about history, but there is a wonderful shade of the hypnosis of history and magic of poetry. Destroyed cities and republics with their heroes and heroines flash into our memories with the stories of the past. It's a glimpse of the times and a reminder of the past, an encounter with the present and a glimpse of the future.
